The Clazz String Intensive is designed to introduce classically-trained string players to the art of improvisation through the pedagogical ideals of jazz and musical languages from other cultures. This summer students will be exposed to jazz, blues, bluegrass, tango, and more. Faculty will include Clazz Quartet (Jeremy Cohen, Helmut Lipsky, Matt Pickart, and Cris Campbell) and special guests.
