利用者が1つまたは複数のアカデミーに申し込む際、当社はデータ管理者として以下の個人情報を収集します： 氏名、性別、生年月日、電話番号、Eメールアドレス、居住都市、居住国、国籍、写真、経験、在籍学校、学習レベル、教師、履歴書、ビデオおよびビデオのURLリンク、コースにおける次のステップ、希望プログラム、希望および動機、個人的なソーシャルネットワークアカウントURLリンク※、推薦状※。

※印は任意項目であり、ご本人からのお申し出があった場合のみ当社が収集します。

当社の奨学金に応募する場合、当社はデータ管理者として以下の個人データを収集します：

- 奨学金の原資および年額 

- 収入証明。 

本ウェブサイトのサービスにアクセスするため、また、まだ個人アカウントを持っていない場合は、本ウェブサイトのオンライン販売約款に記載されている条件に従い、個人アカウントを作成して本ウェブサイトに登録する必要があります。

お客様が個人の場合、当社はデータ管理者として、以下の個人データを収集します：Eメール、パスワード、姓、名、演奏楽器、プロフィール、登録理由、どこで当社をお知りになりましたか、練習年、請求先住所、支払情報、選択したサービス

当社のニュースレターの配信を希望される場合は、本サービスを利用するために、本ウェブサイトの登録プロセスにおいて、この目的のために提供されるボックスにチェックを入れる必要があります。

当社は、データ管理者として、お客様から以下の個人データを収集します：

• 公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成のために特に必要がある場合であって、お客様の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
• 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けたものが法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、お客様の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき。
• その他法令で認められる場合。

お客様の個人データへのアクセスは、処理の目的を達成するために個人データを必要とする者のみに制限されています。

お客様の個人データは、当社の正式な担当者、および当社の業務をサポートするサービスプロバイダーによって処理されます。

当社のフリーランサーは、マスタークラスのデータベースにアクセスし、マスタークラスへの参加に関するお客様の個人データの一部にアクセスできる場合があります。

お客様の個人データは、当社の業務委託先により、Payzen、Sellsy、Sendinblue、Amazon Web Services (Paris)のフランス国内のサーバーに保管されます。

お客様の個人情報は、登録事務所が9 Allée Montpensier 91390 Morsang Sur Orge Franceにあり、電話番号が+33 1 88 33 41 28であるARCPLEXでもホストされています。データは、Aquaray社（14 Rue Jules Vanzuppe, 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine）のデータセンターで保管されています。

また、お客様の個人データは、当社の下請業者により、Pandadoc、Paypal、SendGridの米国にあるサーバーでホストされています。

したがって、お客様の個人データは欧州連合外に転送され、欧州連合外にあるサーバーに保存されます。

当社は、業務委託先が個人データ保護に関する規制を遵守していることを確認し、GDPRの適用によって提供される保護レベルと同等のお客様の個人データの保護レベルを保証しています。また、当社は、個人情報保護法に基づき、個人情報取扱事業者が講ずべきこととされている措置に相当する措置を講じている外国にある第三者に個人データを提供するときは、当該措置の継続的実施を確保するために必要な措置を講じています。当該措置の詳細については、「8. お問い合わせ方法」記載の連絡先までお問い合わせください。

2.クッキーとは何ですか？

クッキーとは、様々なテキスト情報を含む小さなファイルのことで、一般的には文字と数字で構成されています。クッキーは、閲覧中のウェブサイトからブラウザを介してお客様の端末（コンピュータ、タブレット、スマートフォンなど）に保存されます。

この操作により、ウェブサイトのサーバーとブラウザ間の接続が確立されると同時に、お客様の端末を認識することができます。したがって、クッキーの主な目的は、単にウェブサイトのサーバーがインターネットページのコンテンツをお客様の個人的な好みに合わせ、ウェブサイトへの訪問をパーソナライズすることです。
