High priority will be devoted to conducting technique through daily masterclasses, both with the baton and without, to instill confidence leading an orchestra and cast. The art of collaboration will be explored with guest artists including directors, choreographers, arrangers, actors, copyists, and programmers. Opportunities to conduct a Broadway-style orchestra will be provided in the second week. The class will meet on weekdays between the hours of 10:30 am and 4:30 pm.
