The SFA Strings Camp is a one-week intensive study of the string orchestra literature. Camp students engage in musical studies with the string faculty and orchestra conductor of Stephen F. Austin State University.
Students will be involved in orchestra rehearsals, sectionals, music electives, and optional private lessons. The SFA string faculty and guest artists guide all teaching facets of the camp. Students will also engage in extracurricular activities including movie night, a talent show, and various guest concerts.
