The British Army Music Summer Academy is a four-day wind band experience, showcasing what it’s like being a professional musician in the British Army.
It is a residential course at St. Omer Barracks, Aldershot, with free accommodation and free food that aims to musically inspire the next generation of musicians, whilst creating and performing great music. Those attending will get the chance to rehearse and perform alongside the Band of the Scots Guards culminating in an end of academy concert.
