The aim is to give the participants highly qualitiative teaching, and musical inspiration.
The Summer Academy is continuously evolving, with the Norwegian Academy of Music as its main collaboration partner. There is also a close and inspired cooperation with the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Royal College of Music in London, The Royal Danish Music Conservatory, Dextra Musica and the Swedish – Norwegian Cooperation Fund.
There will be masterclasses roughly from 10.00-18.00 Monday to Friday both weeks. Lunch is from 12-14 and dinner is from 18.00 every day.
There will also be possibilities for running, walks in the woods, trips to nearby lakes and so forth.
Friday there will be a final concert followed by dinner for all participants and teachers.
Saturday there are no lessons, but departure after breakfast.
